According to his conversation with FIFA President Gianni Infantino, the real cup is in no rush to leave Washington. Trump recounted, “I asked, ‘When are you coming to get the trophy?’ They said, ‘Never. You get to keep it in the Oval Office. Chelsea’s getting a brand new one.’” Not bad for an evening’s work—Chelsea gets bragging rights, but the Oval Office gains an international centerpiece for its coffee table.
