Justin Bieber Shares Honest Thoughts on Mental Health Fatigue
Canadian pop star Justin Bieber recently opened up about his ongoing battle with mental health. In a heartfelt Instagram post on Monday, he revealed feeling broken and exhausted by the constant pressure to heal.
Bieber admitted that trying to meet others’ expectations has left him drained. “The more I try to grow, the more self-focused I become, and it’s exhausting,” he confessed. “I’m tired of thinking about myself.”
The singer also expressed frustration with the repeated advice to simply “heal,” pointing out that if it were that easy, he would have done it already. “People keep telling me to heal. Don’t you think if I could fix myself, I would have? I know I’m broken and I know I have anger issues,” he wrote.
He shared that he has spent much of his life trying to change himself to fit the mold others expected. “I tried to do the work my whole life to be like the people who told me I needed to be fixed like them. It just keeps making me more tired and more angry.”
Despite the struggle, Bieber found solace in his faith, saying, “Jesus is the only person who keeps me wanting to make my life about others. Because honestly, I’m exhausted with thinking about myself lately. Aren’t you?”
